Last year we had the privilege of collaborating with @stoneandwood .We decided on saison. A portion of this beer went into a 300l hogshead which once housed my tempranillo for many vintages. The beer has been sitting in oak for more than 6 months and the result is a complex creamy caramel aromatic delicious beer.
